Additionally, Jim has closed Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, bridge and other conventional debt products for the construction and permanent financing of multifamily, co-op, LIHTC, and seniors housing (IL, AL, SNF). Jim has worked in mortgage banking since 2002. Prior to working in HUD originations, he was a public accountant at PWC. He has a MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a BA form Seattle University.

Wim has worked with the PNW Debt & Equity team for approximately 10 years. Prior to Colliers, he has worked under other lending institutions such as JLL, M&T, and Centennial. Prior to his career in mortgage banking, Wim was an analyst at Lloyd’s of London in London, England. Wim has a BA in History from Gonzaga University.

In addition to multifamily, he is focused on hospitality, self-storage, and industrial asset classes. Prior to Colliers, Daniel worked at Marcus & Millichap in Seattle. Daniel has a BBA from New Mexico State where he was a right fielder for their D1 Aggies.
